5 Happy Hacks to Help Out Your Health

Spread the love

As a busy woman who is always on her feet, you rarely get a chance to check in with your own health and wellbeing. Sometimes the aches and pains seem like a normal part of your day, but you don’t have to struggle through. If you want to live a happy life at home, you need to keep your health in check; there’s no doubt about it. If you have been struggling to do this recently, here are a few methods that you might find helpful.

1.Seek Help If You Get Injured

When you’re not feeling your best you can’t afford to be out of action for too long. Suffering from an injury without seeking medical advice or legal help from Schweickert Ganassin Krzak Rundio, LLP could put you in an even worse situation. You might even be due compensation if the injury was caused by something that wasn’t your fault. Whatever your situation may be, you need to seek advice as soon as possible so that you remain healthy.

2.Stay Hydrated

This may seem like an obvious point to make, but so many busy women struggle to keep up with their daily water intake. When you don’t give your body enough fluids you aren’t going to have the energy to keep up with your to do list. Buy yourself a beautiful water bottle and make sure you keep it by your side all day. This should encourage you to drink more of the clear stuff!

3. Eat Well

Your idea of eating well is grabbing a granola bar before going out for your morning walk. You really need to prioritize your meal times otherwise you aren’t going to have the energy to carry on all day. Cook yourself balanced and healthy meals every day and you will feel so much better. If you’re running low on time, like most of us are, you can always batch cook healthy meals so that there is always something nutritious in the freezer.

4. Exercise

You probably get plenty of exercise whilst keeping up with the housework and daily chores, but you should also take time to enjoy moving your body too. Go for a walk on your own or join a dance class. You will feel so energized from doing this for yourself!

5. Take Supplements

If you are looking for a natural energy boost there are a number of supplements you can take to support your energy levels. Iron is one of the best supplements to take if you’re often tired and lethargic.

As soon as you get your health back on track, you will feel so much better. Make sure you take care of those injuries as soon as they arise and eat well every single day. It can be so hard to juggle everything going on in your life with your own health and wellbeing, but if you don’t take care of yourself nobody else will. Take control of your health and you will feel so much happier whilst spending time with your amazing family.

Hi, I’m Christine

Have you been a wholehearted mother, but time, toddlers and teenagers have moved on? If you are wondering what comes next for you, you’ll feel right at home here.

Or, are you a mom for whom family life has been non-Pinworthy and parenting has been downright painful? I hear ya. There are many of us around.

Are you looking for a life full of exploration and adventure after the nest empties, but maybe you have no idea how to go about doing that? Stick around! We’ll explore adventures together to help you gain more clarity for your own path.

After a couple decades of writing books and articles about parenting, homeschooling and adoption, speaking to homeschoolers and other parent groups, and reaching out to the mom in the trenches who was trying to make the best of it - my kids grew up. Some grew up and grew away. I was determined to find a way out of the pain, emptiness and lack of direction.

For many of us, the journey starts with something we moms are not accustomed to. After years of caring for and serving others, sometimes we forget the beauty and wonder of US. We need to spend some time getting to know the parts of ourselves that have lain dormant, and take the time to explore interests and passions that we set aside.

I’d like to invite you to get the “What’s Next for Mom” workbook and jump into this growing tribe of Moms who are emptying the nest and filling the life! Let’s reignite your Mojo after Mothering!
